My part-timer has been dying to take me to this place where they sell the best and biggest Malay chicken rice ever, so I went along with her and see what does she have in store for me
This be the signboard of the shop. It's located within the St Andrew Night Market, or its real name Tamu Selera, now that I finally managed to get a proper glimpse at the headstone outside the area, and you have to turn right instead of left to the smaller corner of the market

This be the eatery area and the place where they work their magic. Actually I wanted to go into the kitchen and take a picture from there but better not, or else I would be accused of being a spy of sorts
Ice cold water all ready for us, so we don't need to order any drinks
A pot of water for you to wash your hands before you eat. It's a Malay culture style thing

Here be the food and sauce that went with it. I got the spicy sauce while she got the regular sauce, but she ended up being smothered and sweltered by the sauce rather than me. The chicken is quite good, albeit crunchy and the raw vegs are actually quite fresh. Judging by the size of the chicken, you wouldn't believe that it actually cost $2.50 each! Seriously, it's that cheap! Regular Malay chicken rice like that would be about $3-4 but in this case, it's $2.50! Quite a bargain
So if you have a craving for Malay chicken rice and you want a huge satisfying fill at a uber bargain price, this could actually be the place for you
