I had my usual lunch date with my friend and we decided to eat somewhere nearby the area where my friend could get what he wanted, so he brought me to Gadong Properties Food Court.

This be the area of the food court. It's located within the Gadong area, but a bit further away from the area where The Mall is. Since it's not really like a restaurant or anything, so I decided to go trigger-happy of the entire area instead. Food courts are mostly a big restaurant with stalls on every corner, and it's up to you to decide what food you want to eat and order accordingly. There's Western, Asian, Malay and even Arabic food, but unfortunately for my friend who wanted to eat Arabic food, the stall was closed, so he had to settle for something else
I decided to order some dim sum (since it's been forever since I've eaten dim sum at the time) and soup noodles (I was pretty hungry) while I let my friend order his own stuff
This is the list of dim sum I ordered, which is pretty much standard stuff:

Siu mai

Har kao

Chicken feet

Lamb pai kut

Lau shu fun

The long and short of the dim sum in a row

My friend ordered something from the dim sum area, which is the lo bo kao, or carrot paste cake. It tastes just as good as the one in Food Zone, though maybe a little bit more flavouring needed

This is what my friend ordered, but I kinda totally forgot what was it. It looks almost like a soup-version of rojak or something, with the assortment of egg, fish cakes and stuff. Never tried it, well, maybe except the soup, which was almost laksa-ish.

The prawn crackers that came along with the food my friend ordered

A little bit of eye-candy while waiting for my food to arrive, LOL! XD They're obviously expats hired to do construction work, and boy, do they have the manly bara features ;p

Had a bit of craving for fried noodle soup, so I ordered this. Tastes pretty thick and flavourful, though I think the other one I ate at Hing Nam Foong was a bit better
So there you have it. If you're not sure what exactly you want to eat and can't really decide, you can drop by here at this sort of jack-of-all-trades food court to make your pick.
