Cafe Twelv

Here I am with another installment of foodiez posts. This time, my hubby and I went to have one of those dinner dates that was just us (of course it was my treat since I was feeling richer than my hubby). So we decided to eat at Cafe Twelv

This be the signboard and entrance of the cafe. It's situated in Kiulap and just a few walks away from my hubby's office. It's easy to spot, as it is the block behind RBC Express

Apparently they have breakfast offer menus, but too bad we're not going for breakfast since it's already dinnertime

This be the interior of the restaurant. Nice and quaint, just like any other posh-looking cafes, and apparently they have a booth for buffet or something. Must be for the breakfast menu, since I see kids' cereal mini boxes on the stand

Going trigger-happy on my surroundings

This be my hubby's drink, which, if I'm not mistaken, is lemon mint tea or something like that. I wasn't a really big fan of having mint in drinks or food, so I didn't try it

This be my drink, I forgot what was the name, but it has something to do with triple chocolate or whatever. Taste awesome-tastically chocolatey, just the way I like it, and the whipped cream and the chocolate sauce was just a taste to die for Xd

This be our order of soup, which is mushroom soup with bits of garlic bread in it. Tastes great, and best of all, nice and thick and flavourful, as a mushroom soup should taste

Both of us ordered mixed grill, which consists of sausages, chicken chop, steak and lamb chop, in addition to the usual veggies and potatoes. Each of them tastes great, cooked to perfection with the awesome thickness of the sauce and the juiciness of the meat. Yummy~! I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to finish it, but turns out my tummy said otherwise XD

That's my two-cents on this cafe. It's a pretty good deal and the food there is wonderful, just a bit of a fair warning: Only go there when you're feeling rich because you get what you pay for, and the price is actually fairly dear, but justified with the taste.
