That's all to report on the reprisal of Charcoal. May report more the next time I come here again, though you really need to be rich on your wallet to have meals like these, seriously

Charcoal Reprise
I went to Charcoal again with my hubby to celebrate his birthday for just the two of us. Though I've been to Charcoal and done a piece already, the food we ordered was just too good to pass up not to blog it. Besides, I did promise there will be reprisal entry

Caesar salad, which was just a huge overload of lettuce and cabbages and a bit of toast crumbs and crunchy bread pieces. The lettuce is utmostly fresh and crunchy and the dressing blended perfectly with the vegs and the bread pieces were just "Mm-MM!" awesome, though usually I was expecting Caesar salad would be having bacon, in which this one did not, but no big. I enjoyed myself crunching onto the lettuces. If I hadn't known better, I thought I was actually already eating my main course! LOL!

Both my hubby and I ordered the same drinks, which I totally forgotten what the name was, but it seemed to have something to do with Choco or something. Tastes really good, with the extra chocolatey taste and a nice whipped cream and Oreo cookie piece, which is just nice and flavourful

This one was given to my hubby wrongly, but this is their awesome Wagyu steak, which is actually some sort of marbled steak, and it is damn HUGE! They have the regular portion and the giant portion, and this was really GIANT!! Well, technically by a few inches or something, but still... -_-;;

Now this is my hubby's Wagyu steak. It comes with two side dishes and sauce of your choice. My hubby ordered buttered vegetables (I think) and mash potatoes as his side dishes and mushroom (or was it black pepper) as the sauce. I had a taste of the meat and it tastes awesome~! Much more awesome than what I was eating

For me, I ordered the Charcoal Tenderloin with the side dish of mash potatoes and garlic bread and barbecue as the sauce. While the meat tastes nice (though kinda small, as I had expected tenderloins to be bigger, and the Wagyu was still better), I have no friggin' idea why would they add green apples there. Blergh~! I hate green apples, but I had to eat it, since we're literally eating money (prices are crazy dear here)
