De Olde' Cottage Revisited

Decided to make another revise on De Olde' Cottage due to the fact that they have something new to promote in their menu, and were selling like hot cakes, and since we were eating, might as well take pictures of other foods as well

My BFF ordered Lime Tickle (or Tingle, whichever), possibly his own alternative to kasturi ping, LOL! XD

I ordered hot chocolate. Just thought I'd ordered something warm in the friggin' chilly room that was constantly like the frickin' North Pole

My part-timer friend (though from now on, I'm just gonna call him my kismesis, courtesy of Homestuck in which our relationship pretty much shows part of how our quadrants are) ordered coffee, I think. He seems to be ordering coffee all the time though, just as much as my BFF ordering Kasturi ping all the time

There you have it, the new selling-like-hot-cakes menu of the day, which is Singapore spring rolls. Apparently it is everyone's favourite pick and would be gone as soon as it reached noon, and people often jokingly told the owner to shut down if she stopped selling spring rolls, LOL! It's actually quite nice. You can taste the eggs, meat, vegs and some others within a crunchy, tasteful outer layer. The crunch on the outside and the softness on the inside was just a nice, perfect match right there and a real treat to your tastebuds. No wonder people liked it so much

My BFF ordered fish and chips...

I ordered lamb chop...

And my kismesis ordered chicken chop. Standard procedure, you've already know how it tastes like as I've described from my previous post, so no need to describe much anymore

So, those who are interested in the spring rolls, go right ahead and try it, but try to get it early in the day, coz we were lucky they had some leftovers for us to sample it. You know what they say: Early bird gets the worm!
