Beard Papa's

I usually don't blog about bakeries and whatnot, but this one is too good to pass up, which is Beard Papa's

This be the signboard and entrance of the bakery. It's located within The Mall at the top floor where the cinema is located, the same row with the hair saloon. Apparently this bakery is a Japanese franchise that has been almost all over the Asian continents, including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesian and the like

The bakers hard at work filling cream puffs for the public

Trigger-happy on the area, watching the bakers do their thing as well in preparing the batter and molding the shape of the cream puff to be baked

Another trigger-happy shot

Freshly baked from the oven...

...To the pan

The pitcher they use to keep the cream to fill it into the cream puffs, and they just so happen to have the last batch in vanilla, which I just ordered, so lucky me

Filling in the fillings...

Sprinkle a little icing sugar...

And we're home-free!

This be the close-up shot of the cream puff

Nice and cookie-crispy on the outside...

Sweet, soft and creamy on the inside.

It's a bit pricey, I have to admit, for $2.50 a piece, but one bite of its explosive goodness when you can feel the crunch of the outside in your teeth while the amazing flavour-filled cream just floods your mouth and taste buds was absolutely worth the money you're paying for.

So go ahead! This is one cream puff you must eat before you die! Seriously!
