Menawan Restaurant, Imperial Hotel

We went for another trip to Miri to make some last minute Xmas shopping, this time without our little girl so that we can actually concentrate on getting what we actually need and strike stuff off our list, but we did go with my hubby's colleague and his girlfriend. We went to a familiar place to eat for dinner, which I've already blogged about it, so gonna blog about what we've had for breakfast the next day, which is the hotel's complimentary breakfast.

The food in display is the typical Western and Asian breakfast meals, but of course, I have no interest in eating the Asian meals because it's a little early in the morning and my stomach can't exactly stomach Asian breakfast, not unless it's brunch. Options are quite little though, actually, for Western breakfast. Wish there were more served.

I actually tried one of the Asian breakfast, which is the laksa, but sadly the noodles was not fully cooked, so it tasted a bit tough and doughy and I couldn't enjoy it as much. But at least the Western breakfast compensated for that and I enjoyed those.
