We had an awesome day at Madam Tussaud's, and feeling a bit peckish, and since we assumed (wrongly) that the Sherlock Museum wouldn't be much of a line, we went and have lunch at A.J.D. Wetherspoon Pub, which is apparently the same owner for The King and Castle somehow

Location: Around Baker Street area, just before the underground train station
|
Setting: Looks way more of a English pub/bar than the one in King & Castle somehow, and the casino jackpot machine looks pretty awesome too
Wanted to try my luck on some of the jackpot machines, but unfortunately, knowing my luck, it's not really exactly wise for me to try. I might end up bankrupting myself before I even started LOL

My hubby's order of BBQ ribs

My order of mixe grill
Not sure if it's because of the different branch and different chef, but my experience wasn't really 100% good here. The waiters there were a little off, especially the person that I made my order with. He could've at least give me a smile, but instead he's got the "Oh, piss off, you tourist" look on his face while taking my order and had that exasperated tone too when I inquired about what kind of J2O they have in stock. It was just really plain rude.
My mixed grill wasn't too thrilling either, as some ofthe food were dry and they do not provide the sauce for it (sauce apparently is sold separately) and I had a tough time trying to chew through. I like my meat well done, but even I know that this was a little too well done for my liking.
