Prezzo Reprised

We went to go watch The Wolverine last night, but before that, we needed to chow, so we decided to eat somewhere nearby the cinema, and what better place to eat than Prezzo? LOL

My wine, which is about 125ml. Don't want to get too buzzed before the movie, and it's been a while since I've taken wine

My hubby's orange juice. Just felt like taking it

King prawn risotto, a treat I've never tried before

My bro in law's burger meal

The kids' meal of mini pastas and pizza

My sis in law's baked lasagna (I think)
My hubs ordered his predictable spaghetti, so I didn't really take a picture.

My risotto was actually pretty interesting. I've never tried risotto before and I've always been curious to try them after seeing many cooking shows about them. A lot of them say risotto is like a chef's Kryptonite since you can't cook it too hard or too soft, but for my risotto, it was actually pretty good. Soft with a subtle crunch, so it didn't really disappoint. And the yummy creamy cheese and the fresh crunchy juicy prawn, mmm~! Creme de la creme of the whole thing

EuroDisney's Videopolis

We got the special voucher where we have a 2-hour headstart to go on certain rides in EuroDisney, and after awesome rides for those two special hours, we were hungry for lunch, and we chose one where we were and has free food voucher package, which is Videopolis

Location: Within EuroDisney, around the Discoveryland area of Disneyland Park

Setting: Almost sci-fi-ish, and there apparently is a live orchestra band just so happen to be rehearsing when we were there, and while customers dine, they were being shown a series of Disney-Pixar shorts for entertainment

Drinks and desserts

Le burger, which the meat is really quite huge in size, but not thickness

Le fries

One of our desserts
It's one of those meals we are able to use the free voucher on, and to be honest, it doesn't taste so bad, really. Despite the complaint that French are not too good on their burgers, this actually tastes pretty good, though I have to admit not as good as the London or Brunei burger, but still pretty good

EuroDisney's Billy Bob's Restaurant

After a long day playing out rides in EuroDisney Paris and a super loooooooooong time trying to food hunt and get the best out of our free food vouchers, we finally found Billy Bob's Restaurant to finally gorge ourselves out

Location: Within EuroDisney, a bit down after Planet Hollywood

Setting: A wild, wild west theme, with bar and restaurant and a live band stage and all that
Apparently the restaurants are separated in sections. The ground floor is where all the booze and small snacks and finger food happens, while the first floor is dining ala carte food, and the second floor we were on is the one that is exclusively buffet customers only. It's pretty interesting set-up, the only downside being that there are limited seats on each floor and you really have to wait quite a while to get your turn

All the appetizers and main courses, ala wild wild west style

Our dining mat, sorta

Moar random shots

Soup section

Kids buffet, though they are not restricted to this part only

Le dessert section, with all the trimmings

Live band performance (best shot I could get)
The buffet was absolutely amazing. And being that I was super hungry, even better. We absolutely wolfed down everything, and I think I prolly had a huge helping of everything, including the yummy prawns at the appetizer/salad section and the roast at the main course section, and don't even get me started on the dessert. Mmmm~

The only beef I have was the soup. It was cold soup as prolly French people are wont to serve, and it was tomato soup, which is odd because you don't usually serve tomato soup as a cold dish. But other than that, the meal was great

Subway

I've never ever tried Subway before and I've always been curious about how it tastes like since I first saw it in Taiwan and again in Singapore, so since there was one so near our hotel, we decided to try it out

Location: Harrows area, next to Randalls and Cumberland Hotel

Setting: Like any typical fast-food restaurant, only smaller and only enough for a handful of people to dine in, since usually Subway is a take-out food

Our drinks

Our sandwiches
Totally forgot what are the fillings of our sandwiches, but they taste amazing! You can apparently go for their offer deal of a sandwich and a drink deal for only 3 pounds, and you can choose what kind of bread you want, what size you want your bread to be (foot-long or half), choose to toast or not to toast, and then just choose whatever filling you want, that is in their menu anyways.

The crunch and the freshness of the bread crackling in your mouth and the filling that are also really fresh and tasteful and bursting with flavour in your mouth. Mmm~ If this were the only diet I can have for the rest of my life, I wouldn't mind.

Though I wonder if the guy who lost so much weight by having Subway as his staple diet (that shot Subway to fame btw) is true or not, from what I read from Cracked.com...
