So when you drop by into Miri, be sure to stop here and have a taste. It's totally worth it. Although you will have get there a little early because of the high full-seat rates, especially after 8pm. And their in-house food is definitely recommended Xd

Ming Cafe
For dinner after our studio indoor photoshoot, we decided to dine at our old haunt, which is Ming Cafe!

This be the signboard and outward building of Ming Cafe. It's situated within Miri Town and possibly surrounded by bars and karaoke clubs and lounges everywhere. It's also along the road on the way to Parkson

This be the exterior and the interior of the cafe. It's technically a sort of jack-of-all-trades food court, inclusive of affiliated outdoor stalls, of sorts in a cafe setting. You can approach either booth or wait for one of the waiters/waitresses to approach you with the menu from their booth to make the order. I used to dine in this place many times with my friends and uni mates and my hubby when I was still in uni back then, and it definitely brought back memories
I ordered lemon teh ping and my hubby ordered lemon ping. Just felt like drinking something with lemon in it
My hubby ordered the in-house Ming's Mixed Grill, which consists of lamb, beef, sausage, bacon and fish fillet. All the poultry in the world under one plate. Mmm~! Yummy~! I've tried a bit of everything, and it is cooked just as I remembered it. Nice, well-done, tender, juicy and not too tough to chew, all with the right texture Xd
I ordered the regular steak (I think) and again, my comments for this is as the same as the ones I have tasted from my hubby's mixed grill. Definitely tastes as good as it used to 4 years ago. Even the sauce tastes just as good. Though they should be more generous with the fries both in size and quantity though, or maybe I'm just really used to huge-ass curly fries XD
So when you drop by into Miri, be sure to stop here and have a taste. It's totally worth it. Although you will have get there a little early because of the high full-seat rates, especially after 8pm. And their in-house food is definitely recommended Xd
