Location: Around the Menglait area (or was it closer to the Gadong Central area?) right next to Rosmini, the Malay kopitiam that served the best soto noodles
Setting: Typical Chinese kopitiam setting
Atmosphere: 5/10 (feels rather super empty, but it could be because it's the weekday where patronage is not that much)
Design: 4.5/10 (not entirely impressive or anything, and my hubby's buddy posing for it is not making it any better)

Food: Kolo mee, char siu and tea egg (my buddy), and fried cooked noodles off-screen (mine) (I totally forgot to take pictures of my drink and my own food, maybe coz I was too hungry or something)
Presentation: 5/10 (no comment here; pretty standard issue of Chinese style cooking serving)
Taste: 6/10 (tastes pretty good--after being forced by my hubby's buddy to eat half of his share-- for both of them, but I gotta say mine probably tasted much better than his)

Overall, it was a satisfying meal (though I think he was a little cheapskate after asking me to do him such a big favour), but unfortunately I cannot agree with him about this place being the best kolo mee ever. I prolly recommend Champagne Restaurant or the other one opposite the block rather than here
