You Kee Bah Kuh Teh

Went to my hometown in KK for my hubby's well-deserved break after putting long hours in his work, and the first place we went to eat after a long 6-hour drive down from Brunei to KK was bah kut teh, which is in You Kee Bah Kuh Teh

Location: Beverly Hills, Luyang, in front of the apartment estates

Setting: Typical Chinese kopitiam design
Atmosphere: 5/10
Design: 5/10

Appetizers: Cha kueh (chopped oily bread stick) and oily tofu
Presentation: 5/10
Taste: 7/10 (cha kueh) and 6/10 (tofu)

Main course: Pig trotters, pork ribs, pork char siew and pork innards
Presentation: 6/10 (unlike most bah kut teh, Sabah bah kut teh have every parts served separately and my dad claims that it is the actual proper way to serve bah kut teh)
Taste: 7/10 (though it needs more pepper, and Brunei bah kut teh flavours are prolly much stronger than Sabah bah kut teh)

All in all, it's pretty satisfying. Even though the taste was less stronger than what we eat in Brunei, it's still recommendable. After all, different places, different tastes of the same item
