Restoran Vivi Norizan
Finally went out for a lunch date with my buddy after being a minor recluse and hidden behind a cave, LOL. We planned to have some Thai food at one of our favourite Thai food restaurant, but apparently it was closed for renovation, so we went to the one next door, which is at Restoran Vivi Norizan.

This be the signboard and entrance of the restaurant. It's located at Gadong area and is just right next to the Thai restaurant Yai Yai. Never really gave this place a second glance or second thought, and it doesn't really have a big reputation to go on, so I'm pretty much testing the waters

This be the interior of the restaurant. Standard procedure design of a small Malay kopitiam, it seems, with the economy meal set all ready for the picking. Nothing much more to comment here, other than the little patronage that they have

I ordered warm Milo, as usual, to keep me warm...

...and my buddy ordered soft drink of Mirinda strawberry. Typical soft-drink lover XD

My buddy ordered ayam penyet. Interesting look, since usually the sauce is served on one separate side instead of pouring it all over the chicken. Though I didn't try the food, so can't really comment on how it tastes like

I ordered Singapore fried noodles, but I requested it to be served as mee hoon instead, since I like mee hoon and most things taste better in mee hoon. It actually tastes pretty good, though the portion is actually quite big, and took me a while to actually be able to finish it, but yeah, it's nice. Not too salty, not too bland, just nice
