Creme brûlée, macaron, soufflé, tiramisu, madeleine… Desserts are not only the best food for the soul, they have the loveliest names that touch the heart too! It is no secret that we love desserts and over the past few years, we have tried many desserts from restaurants, cafes, patisseries and bakeries. Some are life-changing, some are mind-blowingly out of the world, some take our breath away…

Well, whatever they are, they are not to be missed. Here is our guide on Singapore’s 65 Must Try Desserts.

Two Bakers Tart

TWO BAKERS KEY LIME TART

There are some cafes that serve good savoury dishes, but fare poorly for desserts. And then, there are places that do remarkable desserts but you definitely wouldn’t want to go there for a proper meal.
Two Bakers, on the other hand, tick all the right boxes. It is a cosy space that sits along Horne Road and they do both mains and desserts really well. Our favourite dessert is the Key Lime Tart. Tart and tangy, it is baked to perfection. Equally good are the Passionfruit Tart and Salted Caramel Eclair.

It is very close to our definition of how a good waffle should be.
