SCR Fusion

Went out for a family breakfast before starting my day as usual at the shop on a Sunday morning, and we decided not to go to our usual dim sum spot, but try something new, and it led us to SCR Fusion.

Location: Gadong, same row as where the Pizza Hut branch is. Surprised to see that there is a Singapore Chicken Rice branch just right next to the most famous Brunei chicken rice franchise Thien Thien, and even more surprised to see it doing fusion and that it serves breakfast. Really perks my interest there

Setting: Very unique, and wide and spacious. I would give this a 7.5/10 for this design

Le menu

My iced Milo

My hubby's fresh milk

Complimentary tea that came with the breakfast food we ordered, which we totally didn't know until after we ordered our drink to go with our food (which we cancelled later on) when we thought the grace period for the breakfast menu has passed

Complimentary kaya toast that comes with the breakfast menu set

My mom-in-law's breakfast menu that I managed to snapshot while waiting for our food. Apparently it's waffles with bacon, though I'm not sure waffles and bacon is a good combination...

Both me and my hubby ordered the sausage set breakfast, since we originally wanted to order the croissant breakfast set but they ran out. With garlic bread, coleslaw, green peas and sausage, I'd say it's a pretty decent breakfast, and quite filling
A rather interesting concept, doing not only their usual chicken rice menu but also having them in fusion. Not sure how their fusion chicken rice would taste like, but so far, I'm pretty satisfied with the breakfast menu of this restaurant. Reprisal may be necessary

Overall rating: 7.5/10
